Reduced rates are available for groups of 10 or more. Please reserve your group tour at least TWO WEEKS in advance.  Check our online calendar to ensure there are no other groups already touring the time your group wishes to visit. Group Tour Rate:

• $10 – Adult
• $5 – Child (age 6–15)
• If applicable, tour escort and bus driver are free

Scouts:

For groups of 50 participants or less, plan to spend at least 2 ½ hours at the museum. Groups of 50 or larger should plan to spend at least 3 hours at the museum. Each COBIA tour lasts about 45 minutes, plus a few minutes to gather and disperse. Each tour can only accommodate about 20 per tour, so groups larger than 20 should plan groups ahead of time accordingly to your group size. Tours need at least 15 minutes between starting times to allow proper stagger starting. A typical group of 45 will be broken up into 2 COBIA tours, which will finish around 1 hour and 15 minutes after your arrival. Groups are then encouraged to view the Museum which will take another 30 to 60 minutes, plus a final 15 minute stop at the Museum store and return to the bus.

• Please confirm your reservation and final attendance numbers by calling the Museum at least 24 hours in advance of your visit. Please inform us of any changes or special needs.
• Payment is due upon arrival. The Museum requires one payment for the entire group. Please make checks payable to the Wisconsin Maritime Museum. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are also accepted.
• Please arrive on time. If your group will be arriving more than 10 minutes late, please inform the Museum's reception desk by calling our toll free number, 866-724-2356 x 101 or 920-684-0218 x 101.
• Have the group leader check in at the reception desk before unloading passengers.
• Passengers may be dropped off in the unloading zone in front of the museum.
• Complimentary bus parking is located in the north or east parking lots.

• Please inform the museum as soon as possible regarding your group’s special needs. The Wisconsin Maritime Museum itself is fully accessible, however, the submarine, USS COBIA is not fully accessible due to its standing as a National Historic Landmark. Therefore, it has only been slightly modified. The Museum has a small number of wheelchairs available to those who require use of them. Please let us know in advance if your group wishes to reserve these.

• We also invite your group to visit Pier 75, our Museum Store. It is conveniently located beside the reception desk at the front of the museum. Pier 75 is stocked with a wide variety of unique maritime treasures which make for excellent souvenirs of your visit.
