Requirements & Rules:
* If a vendor must cancel, please do so in writing no later than June 21, 2024, to receive a full refund. Refunds will not be issued after that date or due to inclement weather
* Vendors are not allowed to sell alcoholic beverages as those items are sold by the Museum in our beverage tent.
* Vendors are allowed to sell soda, water, and other beverages unique to the vendor (teas, smoothies, etc.)
* Vendors are not allowed to carry-in alcohol for personal consumption.
* Vendors must be in full compliance with all food preparation standards and food permits required by the Manitowoc County Health Department.
* Vendors must be able to show proof of liability insurance and a copy must be mailed/emailed to the Museum by July 1.
* Vendors must abide by all applicable local, state, and federal licensing and regulations.
* All vendors must clearly display prices of the items they are selling at the front of their space/booth/truck.
* No smoking is allowed in the food vending area. Please walk away from the area and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
* All vendors are required to have any tents anchored down with weights. Staking in cement is not allowed. In the case of high winds or bad weather, the vendor is liable for the security and safety of their structures and anything within.
* Vendors are required to collect and properly dispose of any dirty water and grease.
* Vendors are responsible for cleaning up their vending area before leaving.
*Electricity hook up is not guaranteed. You must provide your own extension cord if a connection is available.

Indemnification: By submitting this application I affirm that all facts in it are true and complete. I understand that if I am accepted as a vendor, any false statements, omissions, or other misrepresentations made by me on this application may result in my immediate removal from consideration.

I agree to hold harmless the Wisconsin Maritime Museum, its employees, volunteers, and all others for any malfeasance, theft, or damage to my property as a result of my participation in SubFest at Fourth on the Shore, and any other causes beyond their control.
