Requirements & Rules:
* If a vendor must cancel, please do so in writing no later than June 21, 2026 to receive a full refund. Refunds will not be issued after that date or due to inclement weather
* Vendors are not allowed to carry-in alcohol for personal consumption.
* Vendors must abide by all applicable local, state, and federal licensing and regulations.
* All vendors are required to have any tents anchored down with weights. Staking in cement is not allowed. In the case of high winds or bad weather, the vendor is liable for the security and safety of their structures and anything within.
* Vendors are responsible for cleaning up their vending area before leaving.

Indemnification: By submitting this application I affirm that all facts in it are true and complete. I understand that if I am accepted as a vendor, any false statements, omissions, or other misrepresentations made by me on this application may result in my immediate removal from consideration.

I agree to hold harmless the City of Manitowoc, its employees, volunteers, and all others for any malfeasance, theft, or damage to my property as a result of my participation in Fourth on the Shore, and any other causes beyond their control.
