Subfest at Fourth On The Shore is July 4th, 2026, from 10am – 10pm. Vendors will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis so sign up early! This year there will only be one food lot, and we will do our best to avoid duplicate options. You MUST bring copies of your food/drink permits and insurance along and provide the Wisconsin Maritime Museum copies by July 1, 2026. Electrical service may be available, but is not guaranteed.  The cost of a vendor space is $75. 

Food vendors may set up anytime after 8am, but we recommend you arrive before the parade at 10 am and be ready to serve by 10:30. If you prefer to set up the night before, please let us know in advance. We ask that you serve until the fireworks begin, but no later than 11 pm. Since there is only one lot this year, food vendors will not be allowed to leave early. Please plan accordingly. 

Invoices will be sent (via Square) after the application has been accepted. If you wish to pay by check instead, you can drop it off at the Maritime Museum.
