Did you know that all active duty, retired, and veteran military members from ANY branch and ANY era of service receive free admission to the Museum and Submarine ALL WEEKEND LONG?! Check in at the Front Desk of the Museum when you arrive for a special wristband allowing you full access to the grounds for the entire weekend.
Join us at Sub Pub on the Water, the Wisconsin Maritime Museum’s rooftop bar, for Bubbleheads & Beverages on Wednesday, July 3, 2024 from 5:00pm-10:00pm. We will be kicking off SubFest by meeting up with old and new shipmates, reminiscing and sharing our favorite sea stories, and making new friends and memories.
There will be presentations in the Museum Riverview Room on Friday, July 5th related to submarine and naval history, along with opportunities to gather with other veterans and retired military.
9:00am Tolling of the Boats Ceremony, USS Cobia deck (public welcome to watch from the Riverwalk)
12:00pm Film Screening – “Blindly We Fought,” WMM Riverview Room
1:00pm Chief of the Boat Presentation, WMM Riverview Room
2:00pm Ballistic Missile Submarine History & USS Wisconsin (SSBN 827), WMM Riverview Room
