SUMMARY:Submarine Sleepover for Families
DESCRIPTION:The Wisconsin Maritime Museum offers a few nights a year where individual guests can experience our Overnight Program to explore and learn about USS COBIA and Wisconsin’s maritime history! \nParticipants spend the night aboard USS COBIA and learn about diving procedures\, firing torpedoes\, and aiming deck guns. In the morning\, check out the Museum galleries and learn about Wisconsin’s maritime heritage. Submarine Sleepovers are suitable for youth ages 7 and up. In full\, the program runs from 7:30 pm until 8:00 am the following morning. The cost is $50.00 per participant. SUMMARY:Diving Deeper Tour Aboard USS COBIA
DESCRIPTION:Join submarine veteran Greg Miller on an in-depth tour aboard the USS COBIA! You can learn what it was really like living and working on a submarine with 80 other crewmembers for over two months at a time from someone who experienced a diesel boat\, just our very own COBIA. This two-to-three-hour tour focuses more on personal stories\, so feel free to ask Greg all of your submarine questions! \nThe cost is $35 for non-members and $30 for WMM Members. Space is limited\, so reservations are required. Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE. Purchase tickets here: Museum Store \nPlease note that this tour is not recommended for children under age 12 due to its length. The tour is starting at 12:30. Please pick up your tickets at the front desk on the day of your tour. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your tour.
