Shipwrecks & Charcuterie

Have you ever wondered how divers find wrecks to explore? Learn how underwater archaeologists locate, document, and interpret shipwreck sites with Wisconsin Maritime Museum Director Cathy Green on Thursday February 8th at 5:00pm with our Shipwrecks & Charcuterie program. She will share her personal experience of exploration and discovery on expeditions to the Northwest Hawaiian Islands in 2008 and 2010.
Be swept away with the story of a whaleship lost on a remote reef, one very unlucky captain, and a team of archaeologists with the discovery of a lifetime, while enjoying complimentary wine, cheese, and meats.
