From the Deck to Boardroom: Navigating Leadership Challenges

Tim Dittloff, Director of Development at the Wisconsin Maritime Museum, uses his Teams on Course ® coaching to help leaders engage unproductive team members. He offers SEAsoning ® at key moments through experiential learning from ocean passages, regattas, Navy SEALS, and boardrooms. Tim teaches leaders to understand others, become true leaders, and connect deeply with teams. He is a Coast Guard Captain, sailing instructor, and certified trainer through Franklin Covey, LRN, and Maxwell Leadership. He owns Full Sail Leadership Academy, and his upcoming book, co-authored with retired Captain John Doolittle USN (SEAL), shares leadership lessons.
