Museum membership is a way for individuals, families, and businesses to financially support
the historic preservation and educational missions of the Wisconsin Maritime Museum. As a private, non-profit organization, this
support is critical to the financial success of the Museum.
Sustaining members support the Museum at annual giving levels of $100 to $249. In addition to basic member benefits, Sustaining members receive:
- Free or discounted rental of public spaces (Riverview Room, Board Room, and Roof Deck)
- 2 guest admission passes
- Discounts on purchase of additional guest admissions
- Invitations to special member and donor events
- Free admission to the more than 40 maritime museums that belong to the Council of American Maritime Museums (CAMM)
- Recognition in the Wisconsin Maritime Museum's Annual Report
- Corporate members have the opportunity to schedule employee events and obtain employee discounts
Basic benefits, available to all Musuem members, include:
- Free admission to all Museum galleries and USS COBIA with personalized membership cards
- Subscription to the Museum's quarterly newsletter, Anchor News
- Complimentary copy of the annual Wisconsin Maritime Museum calendar featuring historic images from the Museum's extensive photograph collection
- Advance notice of upcoming exhibition previews, educational programs, and special events
- Discounts on Museum Store purchases
- Discounts on research from the Museum's Library and Archives department
